Tomb of the solidarity of all the nations in the world. The museum is a result of the collection of artworks which were donated by world famous artists as a support to Skopje after the catastrophic earthquake in 1963. The museum is located on the hill right next to Kale. The collection consists of artistic works such as those by the painters Pablo Picasso and Anre Maso, photographer Robert Adams, the architect Fernand Leger and others. The building was built in 1970 as a donation from the Polish government. Besides the permanent exhibition, the museum has provided rooms for temporary exhibitions, lecture hall, hall for film and video screenings, a library, conservation workshop and other additional facilities.
